I am no Yogi {I can barely touch the toes}, but I wanted to share with you some lessons learned from yesterday's yoga session at -
Grace Cathedral. The theme last night was all around the topic of "
suffering," and in lieu of the theme, our instructor,
Darren Main, took several quotes from my favorite author,
Paulo Coelho, and shared them throughout the class along with other thoughtful words of wisdom.
- "Smile and breathe"
- "No heart has ever suffered when it goes on search of its dreams"
- "The fear of suffering is worst than suffering itself"
- "There is no way for happiness, happiness is the way"
